HZHQ Office Garage

In 2024, The Houston Zoo created a central location to house it’s executive and administrative staff members who had previously been scattered in office spaces throughout the 55-acre property. The Houston Zoo Head Quarters, or “HZHQ” was designed to bring teams together under one roof, encouraging collaboration and innovation. Sustainability was key in this LEED Gold certified building and so materials were chosen with recycled content. Wall murals depict a micro/macro look into the daily work employees do at the zoo to save both animals and environment.
